MIAMI, Fla. - 44th Super Bowl Game – The Colts jumped off to a great start at 10-0 first quarter and 10-6 at the half.  The New Orleans Saints came back the second half and cleaned their clock the rest of the game.

Colts came back and scored then missed a field goal and never scored again.  Manning had plenty of protection and the Saints never sacked him but they seldom left anyone for him to throw to.  Brees hit 32 of his 39 passes for 288 yards, to earn the MVP.

Freeney sacked Brees twice and remained a threat till the end.

The Colts were on a final approach to tie up the game and Manning was intercepted…game over.  Manning hit 31 of 45 passes.

Final Score 31 – 17
