EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 @ 4:00 P.M. OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC MEETING, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER

Executive session will be held as follows:

1) Pursuant to IND. CODE 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), “for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.”

2) Pursuant to IND. CODE 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5), “to receive information about and interview prospective employees.”
