Pursuant to Indiana’s Open Door Law (specifically Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5 et seq.), this Open Door Notice is made to advise all that the City of Franklin, Indiana
Telecommunications Council will meet Monday, December 21, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. to hold an open meeting to conduct all business that comes before it.
The meeting will be held at City Hall, 70 East Monroe Street, Franklin, IN 46131.
